Arif Poonawala is the Founder of Unique Solutions. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with a consistent track record of success. As an innovator, trend-setter and chief mentor to the company’s core team, he enjoys playing the role of a strategist. Arif leads Unique Solutions and has taken the company to new heights with his inspirational leadership style. In parallel, Arif also founded, led and sold Adroit Infotech, an SAP services company. Prior to founding Unique Solutions, Arif worked as Engineer in CMS Computers Limited. Before that, he began his career in Minicomp in 1987.

Saurabh Godbole leads sales, presales, marketing, and strategic alliances for Unique Solutions. He demonstrates tremendous empathy for his customers and attributes his growth to his customer-centric approach. Saurabh often rolls up his sleeves and gets into the minutiae of customer requirements, especially when it comes to SAP HANA infrastructure. As testimony, he has designed and overseen the deployment of more than 25 SAP HANA infrastructure solutions. Saurabh Godbole began his career in Unique Solutions right after he completed his MBA from Pune University, which he pursued after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Electronics from Fergusson College, Pune.

Prakash Nathan is professional with more than two decades of experience in Sales & Operations cutting across industries like IT, Media & Entertainment, Consumer durables etc. He has worked with several brands like Sony, Ambuja Cement, UTV, Moserbaer, Disney, Xerox, Galaxy, Wysetek etc. before joining Unique Solutions to lead and manage the Mumbai branch operations.

Adaptability, business understanding & strategy have been the key drivers for Prakash as he embarks on this journey to strengthen the Business relationships and Operations for Unique Solutions in Mumbai. He believes that it is a very level playing and robust ground to perform at Unique Solutions.

Sachin Saindane has a solid track record with total 18+ years of experience in helping organizations to efficiently use their IT Infrastructure, of which more than 8 years has been in HPE solutions architecture. As head of presales, Sachin designs and architects solutions for customers and helps them realize their infrastructure goals in computing, storage and networks. He also owns all proposals and technical discussions. Prior to Unique Solutions, Sachin led the presales function at an HPE Platinum Partner carrying responsibilities for understanding customer requirements, solutioning and bid preparation. With a string of certifications like HPE ASE Datacenter& Cloud Architect, HPE ASE Storage Solutions Architect and VMware Certified Professional, it wouldn’t be too far off the mark to say that Sachin is the technical guru of Unique Solutions.

Amol Nagtilak leads delivery of server, storage, operating system, and datacenter build engagements of Unique Solutions. In this capacity, he leads a team of project managers and technical consultants and owns delivery, installation and maintenance of a range of HPE servers, HPE storage, HPUX, Microsoft and SuSE operating systems, and VMware hypervisor. With end-to-end ownership of all datacenter accounts, Amol is responsible for overall customer satisfaction through scoping, delivery, installation, and ongoing support stages of every customer relationship. Through his career spanning 16 years (as of 2020), Amol has served midsized and large companies in manufacturing and other verticals. Before his present stint of 14 years in Unique Solutions, he worked as Customer Support Engineer in HCL Computers, which he joined after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics. Amol Nagtilak has a bevy of certifications and training courses in operating system and storage to his credit including HPE Master ASE, HPUX, SuSE and VMware.

Abhijit Nigudkar leads the Networking and Security practice of Unique Solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for presales, consulting, program management and customer relationship management for all of the company’s engagements related to supply and installation of networking hardware and software, implementation and configuration of network infrastructure, end point security, network security, application and data security. Through his 20 years of professional experience, Abhijit has acquired deep expertise and solid experience in various generations of networking such as LAN, WAN and Internet. Prior to Unique Solutions, he worked as Technical Lead in Wipro Technologies. Prior to that, Abhijit was Lead IT Operations at Synechron Technologies, where he led network support for leading US financial services companies. In the early stages of his career, he worked at HCL Comnet where he designed, installed and commissioned comprehensive networking infrastructure for leading companies in BFSI, Engineering and IT verticals. Abhijit has a double Diploma in Electronics and Computers and a wide array of certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCP, etc.
